Signature events

Join us throughout the year

Light the Darkness

NAMI Chicago’s annual gala convenes leading voices in mental health across the city, including advocates, policymakers, providers, and community leaders. Join us for an evening that brings visibility to the challenges people are facing, elevates critical conversations, and raises the funding needed to support this work across Chicago.

NAMIWalks Chicago 2026

Our largest community event of the year. Walk with us, build a team, and take action for mental health alongside hundreds from across the city. Each year, individuals, families, and organizations come together to raise awareness, share their stories, and show up for one another.

Partner with us to support mental health

We partner with organizations across Chicago, including sports teams, companies, and community groups, to raise awareness and support for mental health.

Create your own fundraiser to support mental health in Chicago. Whether you’re organizing an event or rallying your network, your effort helps expand access to care and support across our community.

In the community

Our team is out across Chicago every week. You may see us at neighborhood events, schools, workplaces, and community gatherings connecting people to support and resources.
